Night: chapter 8

At the start of the 8th section Elie is entering the new camp with his Dad, All of the people were being ordered to shower and then be taken to a block where they would sleep. Elie's Dad wanted to rest in the snow, so Elie tried to convince him to get up and follow orders before he was killed. His father was acting like a child, and Elie said he was arguing with death, not his dad. A emergency siren sounded so Elie had to leave his father to follow the mob of people. Once he has slept Elie decided to look for his father, in the back of his head he hopes that he cannot find him, he was ashamed for this. Elie finally found his dad alive, but sick. He got him coffe, but soon had to leave the block so it could be cleaned. every day Elie's dad got weaker. At the end of the chapter after Elie cared for him as long as possible Elie's dad died.
